Thank you for being a part of the SF SPCA family and being part of the next generation of animal advocates. Over the decades, our campers, counselors, and families have recognized the power of animals to bring out the best in all of us.

In July, the San Francisco SPCA announced its new vision, which is about creating a community where pets live their best lives. Vision 2030 builds on the organization’s groundbreaking work to end animal abandonment in San Francisco with a focus on advocacy, shelter leadership, and access to care. By 2030, we will positively impact the lives of at least 5 million animals.

As we align our resources and programs to support Vision 2030, we bid farewell to the beloved Humane Education program. We know that we leave the city’s kids in the capable hands of the many camps and programs that foster excitement about community engagement, advocacy, and the magical nature of the human-animal bond.
